Review: Claim Me (Capture Me, #3) by Anna Zaires

Claim Me (Capture Me, #3)
She’s on the run.

Yulia Tzakova’s freedom comes at a heavy price. Her former captor dominates her dreams, and survival consumes her waking moments. She may have escaped, but she’s far from safe.

In the shadowy world of spies and betrayal, nothing is what it seems.

He’s obsessed with getting her back.

Lucas Kent’s rage knows no bounds. The danger of his job occupies his days, but hunting down Yulia is what he lives for. When he finds her, she’ll never escape again.

He’ll do whatever it takes to keep her.

Note: This is a LONG novel that concludes Lucas & Yulia’s story.

Claim Me is book 3 in the dark romance Capture Me trilogy. It's a dark, dangerous and a wild ride! I really enjoyed how the story followed the same time line of the Twist Me series but this time from Lucas and Yulia's POV.

Yulia has escaped and finds her way back to the URR where she's questioned as a trader. Yulia is caught between keeping her brother safe and leaving her life as a spy. When she makes her final decision she discovers more than she bargained for.

Lucas Kent is obsessed with Yulia. He makes it his mission to find her, take her back and keep her. She is his! He is crazy possessive. He cannot let her go. When he finally discovers that Misha is her brother, he begins to better understand Yulia's motives and it makes him even further possessive.

"I'm not sure what I expected from my new captivity, but his-whatever this is-wasn't it."

Yulia returns as Lucas's captive but the misunderstandings continue. Lucas has a tight hold of both Yulia and her brother. Yulia mistakes Lucas's possessiveness. Alpha men have no idea how to communicate. Lucas communicates in bed but it's steamy, rough and dirty. As Yulia tries to adapt to her new captivity, there is one person who is unable to accept her, Julian Esguerra. Lucas realizes he has to make a decision, stand behind his boss or move on. How can he let Yulia go when she's his everything and she may still be endanger?

Lucas is all Alpha male. He possessive, jealous and complete because of Yulia. There's plenty of action, turmoil and steamy possessiveness. Yulia life changes, Lucas is giving her what she has lost. She accepts his gifts but what she truly wants is his heart. 5 Stars!

Review: Bind Me (Capture Me, #2) by Anna Zaires

Bind Me (Capture Me, #2)
He’s determined to break her.

For Lucas Kent, his new prisoner is a maddening contradiction: compliant yet defiant, fragile yet strong. He needs to uncover her secrets, but doing so may ruin everything.

His obsession could destroy her.

She’s determined to escape.

For Yulia Tzakova, her captor is the man of both her dreams and her nightmares: tender one moment, cruel the next. She can’t let him crack her, but resisting him may leave her broken.

A moment of weakness could cost her everything.

Bind Me is the continuation of Lucas and Yulia's story. It's intense, angsty and filled with twists and turns. Lucas has made up his mind and he wants Yulia but first he must uncover the organization that made her a spy. Yulia has to resist Lucas in order to protect her secret. However, Lucas is relentless, he wants to remove all barriers in order to keep Yulia safe and exact revenge.

This story is addicting. If you read the Twist Me series, some of the lingering questions regarding Lucas and Yulia's relationship are answered. Lucas is a man on a mission, he's going to keep Yulia for himself. He's no longer the cold hearted mercenary, he's become the protective, possessive and jealous capture.Yulia is doing her best to stay focused on escaping. She doesn't want to have feelings for her capture however she's in a constant internal struggle with her conscience. There's also a making of a possible love triangle. Rosa, the estate maid, is now fighting for center stage. I can only image what will come next.

Once again Anna Zaires leaves us on the edge of our seats. The cliffhanger is familiar if you had read Twist Me but none the less frustrating. I can't wait for the final book. There is a big misunderstanding that left my eye twitching. 5 Stars!

Review- Capture Me (Capture Me, #1) by Anna Zaires

Capture Me (Capture Me, #1)
She fears him from the first moment she sees him.

Yulia Tzakova is no stranger to dangerous men. She grew up with them. She survived them. But when she meets Lucas Kent, she knows the hard ex-soldier may be the most dangerous of them all.

One night—that’s all it should be. A chance to make up for a failed assignment and get information on Kent’s arms dealer boss. When his plane goes down, it should be the end.

Instead, it's just the beginning.

He wants her from the first moment he sees her.

Lucas Kent has always liked leggy blondes, and Yulia Tzakova is as beautiful as they come. The Russian interpreter might’ve tried to seduce his boss, but she ends up in Lucas’s bed—and he has every intention of seeing her there again.

Then his plane goes down, and he learns the truth.

She betrayed him.

Now she will pay.

Capture Me is a spin off series of the Twist Me Series. I couldn't wait for more and now I can tell you I'm completely drawn into the new series.

Capture Me recaps an incident that took place in the Twist Me series, this time in Yulia and Lucas’s POV.
Yulia is a interpreter for the Russians. She interpreted a deal between the Russians and a big -time arms dealer Julian Esguerra. As it turned out she's also a spy who forwarded information to her boss that causes a unforgivable incident. There is much more to her story than was previously understood.  Lucas becomes infatuation with Yulia. Even after he discovers her deceit, he can't stop thinking about her. Lucas maybe more then a cold blooded mercenary, he may have a heart under his ice-cold exterior.

This story is a cliffhanger. The ending is only the beginning to Yulia and Lucas's story. There is much more to Yulia story that Lucas has to discover, that's if she's willing to open up to him. Yulia has a real dilemma, not only is she trying to hide her secret but she's also trying to safeguard her heart. Their story continues in Bind Me (Capture Me: Book 2). 5 Stars!

Review: Hold Me (Twist Me #3) by Anna Zaires

Hold Me (Twist Me, #3)

Captor and captive. Lovers. Soulmates.

We’re all that and more.

We thought we were past the worst of it. We thought we finally had a chance.

We thought wrong.

We’re Nora and Julian, and this is our story.

Hold Me is the final installment in the dark Twist Me series. The series name is well suited, the relationship in the story is incredible twisted, even making me uncomfortable at times. Julian and Nora's POV provide a greater understanding of their addictive relationship.

Nora had proven her love by rescuing her captor for the hands of a psychotic terrorist. As try to resume their lives together, Nora suffers from nightmares and panic attacks. Nora continues to suffer even while under treatment, until she discovers that there is another reason for her escalating nightmares.

Julian becomes even more possessive over Nora, if that's even possible. "She's my pet...my obsession and my possession. She loves me because I've made her love me, and I want her because she's necessary to my existence."

Nora struggles with losing herself, "It's as if I've been split in two, the remnants of the person I used to be warring with who I am now." She's in love with, addicted to and cannot live without her abductor. She cannot say no to him, whether she wants it or not.

The story takes us on a dark, scary ride. Julian and Nora's safety and relationship is tested. They've already had survived once, can they withstand more lose and pain? I enjoyed both POV's. Julian is an obsessed, amoral, dangerous kidnapper. Throughout the story Julian feelings evolve but his obsession and possessiveness only grow stronger. He is one scary character. Nora accepts who she's becomes, molded by her captor. If you like dark stories this one is for you! You will need to read the previous two book first in order to understand Julian and Nora's relationship. It's well worth the read!
