Book Review: Possessive Playboy by Alex Wolf & Sloane Howell

Policy: Don't sleep with your brother's secretary.

Problem: Deacon Collins is a wealthy playboy and does what he pleases.

It started out innocent.

He yanked her into the supply closet and lost his briefs. Not the legal kind.

Now, he wants more.

More of her soft curves and sweet mouth.

More than just quickies against a cabinet.

Quinn can throw the flowers he sends in the trash and hide behind company policy all she wants.

At the end of the day...

He will have her.

Possessive Playboy lives up to it's name.  The story is steamy but it's the personal growth of the hero that has me falling for Deacon Collins. The author's did a great job with character development and the ending is just wow!

Deacon Collins is the least understood of the Collins brothers. He follows his own rules and is considered the slacker of the crew. His tune changes when he begins regularly banging Quinn, his brother's assistant, in the office supply closet. Although Quinn enjoys their no strings attached arrangement, Deacon has other thoughts.

I loved the ending to this story. I shed a few tears for Quinn. I also loved how the author's spelled out the truth about romance heroes. Expectations met! 4 Stars
