Review: Filthy Foreign Exchange by S.E. Hall and Angela Graham

Filthy Foreign Exchange
New York Times bestselling authors Angela Graham and S.E. Hall have teamed up again to bring you a full-length, steamy new romance.

Echo Kelly is loyal to her studies, family, and aerial artistry. She has no time for or interest in anything else, and is heartbroken when her oldest brother, Sebastian, gets accepted to a study-abroad program— exchanging places with cocky, not-at-all-shy foreign exchange student Kingston Hawthorne.

Kingston Hawthorne had the life every twenty-year-old guy dreams of— endless cash, easy women, and fast cars— until his father ripped it all away, shipping him off to the States and placing him temptingly close to the underage virgin who fascinates him in the most challenging of ways.

With Kingston’s bedroom just a connecting bathroom away from Echo’s, the chemistry between them is even more enticing than the notes he leaves for her on the shower door.

How long can you pretend you’re just friends?

After reading some very positive reviews from fellow bloggers I decided on finding out what all the goodness was about. I'm happy to say I enjoyed every page. The story is told in the heroine's POV and you will not be able to refrain from smiling when she misses all the subtle sexual tension. Oh, to be seventeen again.

Echo Kelly's brother takes part in a foreign exchange program. In return their family will host a college foreign exchange student who will also be staying with their family because the dorms are full.  Not only is he staying with the family but he's staying in Echo's brother's bedroom which is connected via shared bathroom.

Kingston Hawthorne is sent over to the States by his Father. He hadn't been on his best behavior, "There's been a fair share of acts of what you might call 'teen rebellion' in my past." Now in the States he finds himself under a few new rules including staying away from his new host families underage daughter.

"I'm not alone in the battle of craved push and forbidden pull."

Kingston shows great restraint throughout the story. He maybe a man whore but he truly cherishes his relationship with Echo. There is plenty of sweet sentiments mixed with underlying sexual tension between the two.  There are also plenty of secrets waiting to be discovered. Plus a dozy of a subplot that includes Sebastian (Echo's brother) and Savannah (Echo's best friend and Seb's girlfriend). I can't wait to start the next book! 4 Stars!
