Kelsey is a strong, independent woman with big goals. Her past pushes her to succeed. She is determined and fierce. However it all changes when she arrives to work one day and finds she has a new boss. Her career goals come to a screeching halt. Now she needs to decide if she can work with a penny pinching miser.

Nathan Donovan has acquired a new company and takes over the CEO position. In order for a successful transition he will need the support of his new executive assistant, Kelsey Lane. When Nathan discovers that Kelsey is interested in visiting Deviation, the private BDSM club, he decides not only will he be her new boss but he will be the Dom that introduces her to the lifestyle. He offers her training prior to going to the club and the story becomes heated, setting my imagination on fire. Their bond as boss/employee and Dom/sub develops rapidly. It all comes to a head after they attended the club and Nathan proclaims he wants more but is Kelsey ready?

Boss is seriously sexy. I loved Kelsey's independent, assertive posturing. She gives Nathan a run for his money. The ending is HEA however there is no epilogue. I think I've become accustomed to epilogues because they make the story feel complete. It would have been nice to visit Nathan and Kelsey a year later. 4 Stars.
