Bear is leather and lawless.
It will never work between them.
It's a lie they almost believe...
It is necessary to first read King and Tyrant to fully enjoy Lawless.
Lawless completely blew me away and left me an emotional mess. I can't agree more that you should first read King and Tyrant. It would a little difficult to follow the story line without having the character background from the previous books in the series. Plus they were also great books.
"I'm ... lost," he admitted, and my heart sank. "Then I will help you find your way,"
Lawless is the story of what happens to Bear after he laid down his cut and walked out the door of his MC. He is lost, wasting away on booze, drugs and women. It's not till he gets a phone call that has him returning to the one place he's trying to escape, that would put himself and others in danger, home.
Thia Andrews is in trouble, she doesn't know where to turn. She looks to the one person who made a promise long ago, by giving her a ring that she could exchange for a favor.
Bear and Thia have a connection that will challenge their beings. Their relationship is a constant push and pull. Bear is all Alpha but he's also lost and doesn't want to take anyone down with him. Thia is brazen and doesn't put up with crap. They are explosive together. At the end all I can say is WTF! Why? Why? A cliffhanger that hurts!! The next book in the series is due out Spring 2016, Soulless. 5 Stars!
