But the weekend before she leaves for Boston, she meets Dylan. Tattoos. Biceps. Killer smile. Hard cock. Total badass. It's a surprise that he'd ever be interested in her, but he is. He goes against everything she ever wanted in a man... or, thought she wanted. But it's only for one night, right?
Wow, yes Wow! I'm a real fan of mini-series (or novella series) and this novella starts off with a bang. I should say a good banging!
Rachel has accepted a cello position with the Boston Symphony and will be leaving Chicago. While out with her girlfriend, for one final girls night-out, Rachel finds herself drawn to a beautiful tattooed badass. I love when they first meet and Dylan (said badass) discovers that Rachel is completely out of touch with present day music. Rachel's naiveté is genuine. She's been working endlessly to succeed as a cellist that she has hid from the rest of the world. The world goes on without her outside her apartment window.
Dylan takes charge and brings the world back to Rachel. He shows her the pleasure of living, and dam it's HOT! Rachel only considers Dylan a one-night fling because she's moving away. She doesn't push for more of him. She doesn't discover the truth about Dylan until after she's on her way to Boston and now she doesn't know how she's going to be able to forget him. I can't wait for the next installment. I'm completely captivated.
